Season runs from May through April for ages 5-18 years old (Boys and girls)
Offering all levels from beginning through advanced (Level 1-6)
Practice 2 times a week with an additional tumbling class
Competitions attended locally, regionally, and nationally

Tumbling - Each student must have a cartwheel, round off and forward roll
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate two different jumps
Tumbling - Each student must have a standing backhandspring and round off back handspring.
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate 3 different jumps. (pointed toes, landing with feet together is encouraged)
Stunts - Each student must demonstrate level 2 stunts ( examples: prep level liberty variations, double based extension)
Motions/Dance - Each student must demonstrate an average understanding of motion technique (sharpness/arm placement)
Tumbling - Each student must have a standing back handspring series (2 or more) and/or jump into back handspring. Student must also have a running tuck.
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate 3 different jumps and double (whip)combination with at least a level toe touch.
Stunts - Each student must demonstrate level 3 stunts (examples: extended liberty variations, extension full down cradle, inversion to sponge level, full up to prep level)
Motions/Dance - Each student must demonstrate an above average understanding of motion technique and counts.
Tumbling - Each student must have a standing tuck and/or series back handsprings into tuck. Student must also have a running layout or specialty through to tuck (punch front, front handspring or whip through).
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate technical mastery of jumps including a triple (whip) jump combination with at least above level toe touch.
Stunts - Each student must demonstrate a level 4 stunt (examples: extended liberty variation with full down cradle, inversion to prep level, full up to extension, double down from 2 legged stunt, and kick single baskets).
Motions/Dance - Each student must demonstrate an excellent understanding of motion technique and counts.
Tumbling- Standing series back handsprings to a layout. Student must also have a round off back handspring full. A jump into a standing back tuck is preferred but not required.
Jumps- Each student must demonstrate technical mastery of jumps include a triple (whip) jump combination with a back tuck, variety and an above level toe touch.
Stunts- Each student must demonstrate level 5 stunting (liberty variations with double down dismounts, full up to one leg, inversions from the ground to the top)
Motions/Dance-Each student must demonstrate an excellent understanding of motion technique and counts.
Tumbling –standing full, one to full or two to full/double and a specialty pass through to a full or double full. IMPORTANT-Students without standing tumbling to full or without specialty pass through to full/double will be eligible for Level 5.
Jumps – each student must demonstrate technical mastery of jumps including a triple (whip) jump combination with a back tuck, variety and an above level toe touch. Jump to twist combinations
Stunts – each student must demonstrate a level 6 stunt (examples: extended liberty variations including an overstretch with double down dismounts, full up/double up to extended liberty variation, inversions and kick kick/hitch kick double baskets)
Motion/Dance – each student must demonstrate a superb understanding of motion technique and counts.
*Select athletes who do not meet the tumbling requirements for certain teams maybe placed on higher level teams based on stunting purposes. All athletes placed on teams for this reason must attend the optional tumbling class until the requirement is met. CSE staff has complete discretion to add/remove athletes at any point of the season. Athletes who lose required skills maybe placed on lower level teams.
