Half Year Team Information

Registration opens October 1st. Information Meeting on October 22nd, 2017

Practices will start the week of November 1st, 2017.

Season runs from October through April for ages 7-18 years old (Boys and girls)
All participants are placed on a team

Levels 1-2 are offered for our half year program
Practice 2 times a week 
Competitions attended will take place in Northern California

2014-15 Senior Half Year Ages 10-18

2014-15 Youth Half Year Ages 5-11


Level 1

Tumbling - Each student must have a cartwheel, round off and forward roll
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate two different jumps

Level 2

Tumbling - Each student must have a standing backhandspring and round off back handspring.
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate 3 different jumps. (pointed toes, landing with feet together is encouraged)
Stunts - Each student must demonstrate level 2 stunts ( examples: prep level liberty variations, double based extension)
Motions/Dance - Each student must demonstrate an average understanding of motion technique (sharpness/arm placement)
