Open House & Information Meeting on April 

Season runs from May through April for ages 7-14 years old (Boys and girls)
One practice per week
Great intro to All Star competitive cheerleading
All events are in Northern California

Promotes active lifestyle: Teams practice 2-3 times per week + other optional training hours
Balance & Coordination: through tumbling, jumps, and dancing

Muscle Strength: through stunting, core building, and conditioning
Autonomy & Mastery: through repetition and skill development



Level 1

Tumbling - Each student must have a cartwheel, round off and forward roll
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate two different jumps

Level 2

Tumbling - Each student must have a standing backhandspring and round off back handspring.
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate 3 different jumps. (pointed toes, landing with feet together is encouraged)
Stunts - Each student must demonstrate level 2 stunts ( examples: prep level liberty variations, double based extension)
Motions/Dance - Each student must demonstrate an average understanding of motion technique (sharpness/arm placement)
